Paola started out in real estate in 2009 by focusing on buying workforce housing around the Miami River on behalf of her family and a small group of high net worth investors. Paola started out in real estate in 2009 by focusing on buying workforce housing around the Miami River on behalf of her family and a small group of high net worth investors. Mrs. Soriano Corcelli is a Co Founder at Alexander Alternative Capital GP, a boutique hedge fund and private equity fund sponsor and advisory shop located in Miami, Florida. She is the current Chairwoman of the Florida Alternative Investment Association's mission to relocate best of breed operators from the Tri-State area to Florida. Paola regularly meets with a diverse group of alternative investment fund managers and investors to share the benefits of "Why Florida." She is an expert in understanding the benefits of Florida vs. high tax jurisdiction areas like New York City. In conjunction with her vast knowledge in the alternative investment community, Paola works closely with home owners from the Treasure Coast to Miami Beach. Mrs. Soriano Corcelli understands the benefits of running an alternative investment fund from Florida with zero state income tax, low cost of living and a high quality of life. As part of the Florida Alternative Investment Association, Paola has access to a unique pool of qualified home buyers from New York and the surrounding region. She is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian.
